Apartamentul este destul de aproape de centrul vechi. In preajma lui sunt destul de multe terase și restaurante. Până la plajă se merge aproximativ 15-20 de minute.Apartamentul este foarte spațios,cel puțin livingul. Are mașină de spălat rufe, mașină de spălat vase și uscător.
În primul rând deoarece apartamentul este la parter are un puternic miros de mucegai care a persistat pe toata durata (3 zile). O altă mica problema este că doar intr- unul din dormitoare există fereasta, celelalte 2 nu au, și nici bucătăria.
