It’s not far from the airport, the property is suited for family or group of people in my opinion 😊
I had issue booking my ride from Grab, for some reason the location was pinging elsewhere.

Complete apartment unit. With everything you need. Aircon in the rooms. Comfy bed. They accept pets.

HOA fee. We are hold at the HOA gate and leave my ID. Property not informed us that need to have permit for exit entry. And I did the application to HOA security which waste more than 2 hours of my time. It should be the property to settle this and not the visitor.
