I like the location as it was so close to Paddington station where there is a Sainsbury local and M&S, the newly built Paddington Square, Hyde Park, a lot of buses and Paddington and Lancaster Gate Tube station.
There are many choices of restaurants in the area too.
I like the strong shower and the equipped facilities available for use.
The double beds are small for two people but that is because the rooms are small and more likely will not accommodate larger beds. It was a bit of a hassle for 60+ year old and having to bring up and down the stroller for our grand daughter, after being out the whole day to climb the two flights of stairs to the second floor.

Some lights not working especially above hand basin.
2 windows with cracked glass and we were told not to try opening them.
Carpet very worn.
Drapes in one bedroom hanging off rail.
Vibration from washing machine was so loud we could hardly hear the T V !
