The apartment looks to have been renovated very recently, and all the finishings were very high quality, with air con and TVs in the lounge and bedrooms. Sr Joao was kind and helpful (and looks like Frank Sinatra :-)). Go to Cacela Velha for lunch by the fort and a short wade through the shallow river to a beautiful beach. We also went to Tavira and into the mountains by Sao Bras de Alportel for a farm walk with goats with Portugal Farm Experiences.
