A localização é muito boa. Tem comércio e serviços muito perto. Proximidade da praia. Sossego do aldeamento. Simpatia do funcionários. Estacionamento com garagem para cada apartamento. Disponibilidade e atenção da D. Mónica.
Armários do apartamento mal conservados. Lavatório muito pequeno com uma prateleira em vidro mesmo por cima do lavatório que não permitia fazer a higiene sem que a água fosse para o chão. Mesa do terraço muito degradada, com o plástico ressequido e partido. A falta de conservação do chão da piscina. Faltavam muitos azulejos no fundo da piscina.

TV não funcionava, nós tivemos de descobrir porquê. Pouco equipamento , nem uma máquina de café de cápsulas tinha. Garagem aberta toda a noite.
