Amazing apartment. Truly. Clean, spacious and cozy. You have all you need. Fully air conditioned and very good soundproofing. Location has some services in vicinity, coffee, small market food places. Great water pressure in the shower. Also to my surprise dimming lights and great wardrobe spaces.
The location is far from any metro. The buses don't run well and stick in traffic. You need a good 20minute walk to the closest metro station. Abundance of taxis so make sure you have an Uber or similar app.Had to unclog the showers as water was gathering in the shower floors and spilling out, then it ran perfectly!
