    Overall, we had a decent stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were excellent throughout our visit. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. That said, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The walls are quite thin, so we could hear conversations and noise from surrounding rooms and the hallways. During particularly windy weather, the balcony doors would also rattle, which made it difficult to get a quiet night's sleep. The biggest downside was the toilet plumbing. We experienced multiple instances where the toilet became clogged, and each time we had to contact the front desk for assistance. While the staff responded promptly and were very helpful, the recurring plumbing issues were frustrating and something the hotel should address. As for the location, it's not the closest to the city center, so getting to the main attractions takes a little more time. However, this also means the area is generally quieter and less crowded, which could be a positive for guests looking for a more peaceful stay. Overall, the outstanding service from the front desk staff made a positive impression, but improvements to the soundproofing and plumbing would significantly enhance the guest experience.

    I arrived early morning from dalat bus station, the security very helpfull when we arrived and leaved hotel. Reception also welcome n helfull..they give us chance to take our need before stored my Lugage, breakfast soo delicious, room big n clean, i ll sugest my friend an you all to stay here when visit dalat

    When we checked in we were not sure about this hotel as we arrived early evening after a long journey and felt we were rushed off to our room, without much of a welcome. After staying for 4 nights, we would now recommend it. Room was spacious, our bed and pillows were very comfy and we had no issue with noise although guests and housekeeping can be heard, but did not disturb us. We were on the top floor and there were a lot of noises coming from above on the roof especially when it had been raining (maybe it is corrugated) so if you are sensitive to noise ask to be on a lower floor perhaps. Breakfast was a buffet with a choice of two main course dishes. We declined as they both had meat but the rest of the buffet was good and we had eggs cooked if we wanted them instead. Food was fresh and always available/refilled. After the first night, the staff were always polite, kind, and professional. It is a decent hotel, easy to access the town via some cut throughs and we had a good stay.

    Hotel location is good with just a less than 5-minute walk from the sleeper bus drop-off point. We arrived very early (around 5:30 AM) and had no trouble finding the hotel. The staff kindly stored our luggage so we could start exploring Dalat while waiting for check-in. Room service was prompt whenever we called or messaged them. Overall, the front desk, luggage handling, and room service were all excellent. The well-trained and friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
