The property offers a lot and is close to everything. Sadly my room was very dirty and missing basic items for the second year in a row. There is a washer/dryer but no laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. I left a bag of trash thinking somebody cleaning throughout the day would pick it up - that didn’t happen. You are paying for location and that’s about it.

Natiivo has a modern feel to it. The staff were friendly/helpful. I was happy that there was a coffee shop/bar located on the property. Walkable to Rainey Street. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which is located on the 33rd floor. Negative: no umbrella's to shade yourself from the sun. Our unit was a condo located on the 24th floor which was nice. The main room was large. Negative: Our room faced the fwy. I had trouble sleeping due to the traffic noise from the fwy which was through the night. The pillows were very firm and thick. No hooks to hang your towels after you shower. I would stay there again but would request a unit that wasn't facing the fwy. I would bring my own pillow.

Location is great. Place is nice and comfy overall. We had roaches in our room, light bulbs that needed to be replaced and the customer service rep said well it’s that time of the year. And then wouldnt move us or do anything at all about the roaches. People at the front desk are also useless and refuse to help with anything at all. This is our second time staying here but we won’t be back.

Natiivo was a great stay in Austin. It was close to activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and on-site coffee/bar. The service was also top-notch.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However the wait for the elevators was always extensive with tons of people lined up. The pool was very small and overcrowded. And the beds were not very comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay but I don’t think I would book here again.

Overall all a great place and so convenient. Our unit had a coffee making Hamilton beach that is not aligned with the Vacasa housecleaning teams pods. So we could not use our coffee making. 4 people x $10 each I spent $120 dollars due to the owner not having the correct equipment. Over all unit good.

I will never stay at this hotel again . What is advertised is not what you get . Room did not even have a closet ? 4 Star - what a joke . Room smelled and staff were so unfriendly Never again !!!

The property is a hip urban type of lodging. The room was comfortable overall but the bedroom was dark and poorly lit, had a locker room odor and had a lot of road noise from the highway close by. Furnishings are low end and little decoration. The location is good if you want to be close to RAiney Street. It’s kind of in an urban no man’s land area but you can quickly walk to other areas. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. My main issue was road noise 24 hours per day but may have been much better on the side of the building.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. I booked a room through Hotels.com, and based on the description and photos, I was led to believe it would include a balcony. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without one. Neither Hotels.com nor the property, Natiivo, was willing to take responsibility or resolve the issue. Natiivo claimed they couldn’t do anything since their rooms are booked through third-party platforms, even after I showed them screenshots of the listing. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address the problem from both parties was incredibly disappointing—I felt like neither Hotels.com nor Natiivo cared or wanted to take accountability. The room itself was just okay. The bedding could have been better, though the cleanliness was decent. However, the windows weren’t soundproof, so I could constantly hear traffic from the expressway, which was disruptive and not something I’m accustomed to. Without a balcony, I felt claustrophobic, especially since that was a key expectation for my stay. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and due to this inconvenience, I won’t be rebooking here.

This property is in a great location for my event at the conference center. Everything was walkable, even with construction in the area. The Royal Blue Market was just a few minutes walk, so I could stock my studio easily. The staff was friendly, and I felt safer because they were always aware of who was coming and going. I enjoyed the fitness center as well as the pool area - great amenities. The studio itself was clean, had all the necessities, and had plenty of room for a solo traveller. Having in-room washer/dryer was a bonus for sure! I would definitely stay again.

It was okay. WiFi didn’t work which isn’t acceptable in today’s world. No check-in instructions including parking instructions would have been helpful. Pillow were too thick, not comfortable. Not enough lighting in the rooms, particularly in the bedroom. TV didn’t offer network channels, a simple cable package would have helped.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place - impeccably clean, great pool and workout facilities, with easy access to the path along the river that goes into downtown and Lady Bird Lake as well as many dining and entertainment options.

Great location near Rainy St. We got the two bedroom for 2 couples. Had a balcony, was super nice. Queen bed in one room and King in the other. Each room had a bathroom. Cute kitchen area with two types of coffee makers. Beautiful pool (but very small) on the 33rd floor. Coffee shop on lobby level. Easy to catch Uber outside. Worst pillows hands down I’ve ever had (husband and one of friends agree). Large bulky and hard. I went to Tempurpedic store and literally bought a pillow. Other than that great stay! Highly recommend.
