About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2 bed/2bath condo in The Hollows with great views of the lake and Hill Country landscape, you will not want to miss a Texas sunset from here! Great place to fish, boat, swim or just relax with friends and family. Fully furnished, updated and equipped to sleep at least 4 guests. Only a few steps from the lake and marina, close to Austin (~35 miles) and to Cedar Park (~8 miles) attractions. Full access to the complex's amenities, including swimming pools, gym, docks, bbq grill, etc.

Short Term Rental Lease Agreement Checklist
From the City of Jonestown Code of Ordinances Sec. 14.02.0771 and Sec. 4.09.004
o Specification that rental tenants agree to comply with all applicable city ordinances and state laws applicable to occupancy of the short-term rental property.
o Specification that short-term rental tenants shall park only in such locations allowed under the short-term rental permit, including a list if those specified therein
o Specification that the short-term rental tenants comply with any applicable city requirement related to the parking of accessory vehicles, including boats, travel trailers, and recreational vehicles.
o Agreement by the short-term rental permittee and tenant to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Jonestown in connection with the city’s inspection of the property and other performance actions pursuant to the city’s regulation of short-term rental properties.
o Specification prohibiting the use of the short-term rental for functions, such as weddings, parties or other types of gatherings.
o No more than 15 people can be at the residence at any given time.
o Occupancy of short-term rental shall be based on the number of bedrooms in the residence. For example, 1 bedroom = 4 persons, 2 bedrooms = 6 persons, 3 bedrooms = 8 persons, 4 bedrooms = 10 persons. Overnight occupancy of a short-term rental shall be limited to a maximum of 10 persons.
o No noise before 9am-10pm. that can be heard at the residence closest to the short-term rental.
o No live music before 1pm or after 10pm.
o No outside activities are allowed after 10pm.
o No firepits can be used.
