The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is fresh, clean, modern and allows for a very relaxed and welcoming environment. The bedrooms were very comfy, and the added touch of having different pillow options was a bonus. The roof-top terrace has great views of the city, and also benefits from a lovely pool. The location is right next to the main Metro station: Trinidade, but also a short walk to the main touristic sites and shopping streets. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of fresh and healthy options available. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is in a convenient location about 15 to 20 min walk to city center. The staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms look freshly painted/ updated. We had the room with buffet breakfast included and they even packed our breakfast for us the last day since we had to go to the airport early morning. We really appreciated that.

The room was extremely clean with fresh towels and linens. Housekeeping were great everyday.
Staff at reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful.
Pool was small with only 6 loungers but we were still able to use the pool after a long day of sightseeing.
Hotel is close to all the tourist attractions. Can walk to all of them. We didn’t have to use uber/bolt anywhere.
