About this house rental
Please note: we do not have high speed internet. Download speed is under 10mbps, making this location more of an unplugged experience and not ideal for work-from-home guests. We are not equipped to host events here, and ask the quiet hours be observed from 10 pm to 8 am, in effort to be good neighbors!

*Pack N' Play and air mattress are also available for guests to use*

BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, nightstands, desk, chair, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror
BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, nightstands, desk, chair, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror
BATHROOM 2: Private bathroom for bedroom 3. Single vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet, towels and toiletries provided.
BEDROOM 4: Bunk beds and single twin bed, dresser, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror
BEDROOM 5: 2 twin beds, daybed, dresser, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror

OUTSIDE:
PRIVATE POND: Fishing is permitted. There is also a kayak for guests to use.
PATIO: Woodburning firepit (firewood not provided) and plenty of outdoor seating for guests to enjoy mountain views
HOT TUB: enjoy the large hot tub off of the downstairs bedroom.
Note: Clonmel is located on over 30+ acres and guests will have full privacy during their stay with exclusive access to the pond. We do have a cabin across the drive that is rented to long-term tenants. *CCTV cameras on the exterior of the home to monitor the drive.

We stayed at Clonmel Acres for a bachelorette weekend and could not have chose a better location. The house and location is beautiful. We were able to fit everyone and everyone had their own bed. There was enough space in the house for all activities. The house was clean and looked as advertised. If we needed to contact the host, they are responsive immediately and fixed any issues in a timely fashion. I would recommend Clonmel Acres, and I hope to stay there again.

We liked the ease of check-in, efficient communication with a point of contact, close location for hiking, trails, wineries, and breweries. We enjoyed the view and sat outside on the patio every morning and every evening. We enjoy the spacious & private property, and plenty of easy parking.

Seven of us stayed here for a girls weekend where we were coming from eastern PA, western PA, Maryland, & North Carolina. We walked the tunnel trail and along the main road, we could easily visit wineries and a brewery, and had plenty of room to hang out in the house & relax. The view is so peaceful and we were happy to be able to have plenty of options for activities.

The rooms were huge and made the stay very comfortable for our large group. We did a group yoga class by the pond on Saturday morning, which was gorgeous. Convenient to 151 and Crozet for all the wineries and breweries!
