Agriturismo Malagronda’s holiday apartments in Umbria are located between Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno, close to Val D’Orcia’s Tuscany and Monte Pausillo’s National Park. Agriturismo Malagronda is much more than a farmhouse with pool, it is an ideal spot for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday in the countryside. As it is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany it is a perfect place from where you can make daily trips to visit some of the prettiest hamlets and cities in Italy, such as: Assisi, Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, Panicale, Chiusi, Cortona and Orvieto. Our 7 comfortable and roomy independent apartments and holiday villas have been carefully restored to maintain the character and the style of a typical Umbrian farmhouse but with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and many others). During the stay you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting, walk through the olive groves and woods or in the nearby shaded paths in the woods and relax in the sun beside the panoramic pool, leaving your daily routine at home.
Spacious and economical studio apartment with one double bed and twin beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Inside the apartment: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and electric oven, kettle, hairryer, telephone, safe, independent heating, air conditioning and Wifi connection. Ideal for a couple or a family of three or four people who want to spend a vacation enjoying all the services of the farmhouse with a low expense.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool (7×14 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
