About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a sunny spot in the village of Missen in the Oberallgäu region and offers cozy accommodations with a terrace and a spacious green area on the garden level, with 38 square meters of living space. All rooms are equipped with windows that have insect screens—including the door to the terrace. In the bedroom and bathroom, a quiet, automatic ventilation system with a heat exchanger ensures continuous air circulation, even when the windows are closed.
The living area features a sitting and dining area as well as a high-quality pull-out sofa bed for two people. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable and radio, free Wi-Fi, a stereo system with cassette, CD, and radio, a telephone, a display cabinet, an additional wardrobe, a wood-burning stove, as well as board games, books, and a hiking map.
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of dinnerware, cookware, glasses, and silverware.
The bedroom features a double bed with adjustable slatted frames, high-quality mattresses, and washable duvets and pillows. The room features a spacious closet and a blackout blind on the window.
The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink with a mirror cabinet, a magnifying mirror, a hair dryer, and numerous hooks and storage surfaces. The toilet is equipped with a water-saving flush button.
The entryway features a coat rack, a mirror, an umbrella stand, and cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner. A clothes drying rack is also provided.
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, and lounge chairs. Next to the entrance, there is a shelf for hiking boots, a ski storage area, and sleds available for use. A lockable bicycle storage room is located across from the parking lot and can be used by all guests.
Our vacation complex is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Missen-Wilhams in the beautiful Allgäu region of Bavaria.
Here you’ll find well-equipped vacation apartments and vacation homes with 34 to 94 square meters of living space. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owner.
The vacation village features a playground for children with a sandbox, climbing frame, and swings—a great place for kids to make new friends.
Bed linens and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bed linens: 12.00 EUR, hand towel: 2.30 EUR, bath towel: 2.50 EUR, kitchen towel: 1.10 EUR).
A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee at the front desk.
An internet and telephone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle you to a rent reduction.
The apartments are rented exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The rental agreement is concluded with the owner of the apartment.
