About this apartment rental
Surrounded by green meadows stands the 300 year old farmhouse. Surrounded by the foothills of noon and protected by the guardian of the Allgäu, the Grünten!
Gentle hills, colorful mixed forests, lush mountain meadows, and the Allgäu Braunvieh from Opa's farm are as much a part of our landscape as the striking peaks of the high mountains. Fairytale sunrises and the "alpenglow" can be enjoyed from your terrace. Pure relaxation promises also the large sunbathing area above the house, which is lined with beautiful flowering fruit trees in spring. And when the wind gently brushes through the leaves of the old trees, the fire crackles on the barbecue and the hawk makes its rounds, the "holiday feeling" comes naturally. And it's getting cold outside, then cuddle up in front of the warm stove in the living room. Safe and comfortable in this old wooden house with its creaking beams and relatively low ceilings. But that's what makes the unique "feel-good charm" of our Allgäu wooden house. A bit of mountain romance paired with modern facilities, that's the "Blumenoase Allgäu"!
You also enjoy direct access to the panoramic hiking trails of the 'Allgäuer Voralpenlandes'
Everything is within 5 - 25 minutes by car:
- Shopping possibilities of all kinds, as well as Outlet's can be found in Immenstadt or Sonthofen (5 -10 minutes by car). Likewise restaurants, cinema, bars etc ..
Bathing lakes, water ski lift, nature and vitality baths, summer toboggan run, adventure playgrounds, miniature golf, high ropes course, waterfalls, gorges, raised bogs, hiking mountains, climbing mountains,
And spoiled for choice at the ski resort: Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Hörnergruppe, Ofterschwang = World Cup, the Rodelberg Mittag.
Of course you can also around the house rum sledding and playing (swing + trampoline)!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft, die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir haben 10 Tage Urlaub in diesem wunderbar reizenden Haus verbracht und uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist einfach einmalig, egal ob im Haus oder drumherum. Die Lage perfekt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben teils selbst gekocht und waren sehr erfreut über die moderne Küche. Im Ort kann man jedoch auch sehr lecker Essen gehen und sich beim Bäcker mit frischen Backwaren verwöhnen lassen. Kleiner Tipp für leidenschaftliche Kaffeetrinker: eventuell eine Kaffeemaschine mitbringen, im Haus gibt es nur eine Pad-Maschine. Haben wir aber auch überstanden 😉 Wir haben Ines und Franz leider erst am vorletzten Tag kennengelernt. Leider, weil die Zwei ganz erfrischend herzliche Menschen sind. Der Empfang durch Daria war jedoch vorher super organisiert und total nett. Wir hatten einen super erholsamen Urlaub und sehnen uns jetzt schon nach dem traumhaften Garten, dem würzigen Duft der Alpwiesen und den Kuhschellen...

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einem Wunderschönen Kamin. Top Lage für verschiedene Aktivitäten.

Hallo Ines,der Alltag hat uns wieder. Wir haben unsere Auszeit in deiner FEWO sehr genossen. Es hat alles gepaßt :-). Vielen Dank auch dafür, dass du unsere kleinen Problemchen :-) immer so schnell gelöst hast.Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal bei dir.Liebe GrüßeMartina und Wolfgang
