**POOL&SPA HEATING** There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

**PET POLICY** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed. $150 Pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking. Vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space, and there is no street parking. Thank you for your cooperation.

** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill. If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
