We always have a good experience at water's edge. That's why we keep coming back. The rentals are kept clean and beautifully decorated. Everything. We need to have a beautiful stay. The views are incredible. Coffee on the balcony is wonderful.

My overall stay was great. It’s hard to have a bad time at the beach. My room was ok but not great. I was disappointed in two things mostly. The rollers on the sliding glass to the patio were worn out and very difficult to open. They did change the rollers the day before I checked out but for two weeks, my shoulder was worn out. My issue is; the property knew I was coming. My original reservation was for Aug and was moved due to hurricane. I understand things happen, but how long was that door in such bad shape? Also, several lights were burned out. No dining light at all. Poor maintenance in my opinion. The ceiling fan over the bed had 2 inches of dust on it. If my room was cleaned before check in, why was it dirty? Also, lights in the bathroom were burned out. I was very disappointed. At check in, the desk clerk wasn’t very friendly either. Also, I have no idea where Emeryville is. I am from WV.
