The condo was in great shape. Looks like it had been remodeled recently. The only issue we had was w the TV in the living room. Didn’t know how to operate & directions were vague. We weren’t the only ones. Happened upon 2 different ppl who were going to look for help w theirs too.

We found 1109 clean, comfortable and well decorated. It is as shown in the photos. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Suggestion: Provide a few coffee filters. They are cheap and your guests don't know what kind of filters to bring to fit the coffee pot.

The management and staff have always been friendly through our the years. The room we stay in is always clean. The pool and hot tub are never clean. I would like to see something happen to change that. We have been staying there for 8 years and the pool and hot tub are nasty. This time we actually discussed trying anew place next year because our kids loves to use the pool but won’t get in it. Overall that’s the only complaint. We love the location and the staff has always been great.

Our condo was SO clean and well kept, excellent parking, and amenitites. Already booked another visit!! Only issue was the elevators, one got us stuck, they are VERY slow, and we were nervous to use them. Evidently this is an ongoing issue I read about in other reviews.
