Everything is as shown with the exception of the outdoor bar area. This is a large house with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults, 3 teens and 3 young children. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and table settings needed. The showers, indoor and out, are amazing! Golf carts made it super easy to load up for the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and spacious. (Family of 9) The community was great with lots of amenities and being able to ride the golf cart around to everything was a huge plus. Loved it will definitely be back!

The house had everything we needed for a long holiday weekend at the beach! Just a quick golf cart ride to the beach or pool and plenty of room in the house to spread out and relax. Thank you!

The Bad: Before we arrived the owner called to tell us that one of the carts was wrecked by the previous renter and not usable so we had to rent one from a rental facility within the neighborhood. This would've been much smoother if the owner had pre-arranged a new rental prior to our arrival. The owner did reimburse us for the rental ($330), however it was after several phone calls and almost 24hrs later. When we arrived the cleaning person was not done, so we had to wait an extra hour past our check in time (3pm) to get access to the house. After driving 8hrs with dogs this was not a good way to start the trip. After getting access to the house we quickly realized the "cleaning person" didn't do a very thorough job. The floors were still very dirty (sand, dust bunnies), the sink in the bathroom still had toothpaste remnants in it. We found several empty beer cans in one of the dresser drawers. Later that evening we went to put the linens on the master bed, because this isn't done by the cleaning person, and found questionable stains (blood) on the mattress topper. Needless to say we removed it and called the owner right away to make them aware, however no one ever came to replace the mattress topper during the remainder of our stay. Piss-ants in the kitchen are by the entry door, I assume this wasn't the first incident with ants as I found ant spray in the closet by the dryer. The drain in the master shower is extremely slow to the point that there is standing water because the drain can't keep up. Part of the departure rules was we needed to vacuum, which I found very odd as I've rented many houses and this was the first time I've seen this but ok, however it would've been nice if they provided a vacuum cleaner that wasn't a 20 year old bag style that smelled horrible when I turned it on. When I pay $3,700 I expect a little more.
The Good: Having two carts was a blessing. The neighborhood has its own gated parking lot at the beach with plenty of parking, however the carts are not insured to ride on the main road so you cant use the entry/exit gate thats right next to the house, you have to drive a little further through the neighborhood to get to the proper gate that will let you exit the neighborhood and cross the main road directly into the gated beach parking (not a big deal but something to know). The showers are probably the best thing about this rental! Great water pressure and shower systems (however when 3 people use each shower the hot water runs out pretty quickly). Full size washer and dryer worked well. Not mentioned in the description, however there is a restaurant (Conch Cafe) that you can access from the private parking lot for food and drinks which was very convenient when you're at the beach.
