PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Be kind to the neighbors.
Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Loved this rental. We stayed here for a week and it was spacious enough for my two toddlers and two large dogs. Location is excellent. Very quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors who loved our dogs. 10/10 would stay here again.

The good: Property is conveniently located 3/4 of a mile from downtown Lees Summit shops and Main Street commercial area. Comfortable place to stay.The bad: bedroom windows only have blinds and early morning light shines through. There is heavy road noise from nearby highway and had train come nearby about 9 pm each night, sounding horn. Garage smelled of cat urine. Shower floor was extremely slippery. Front door lock is automated and randomly unlocked overnight. Dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs when we ran it.
