Whether you're visiting Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, or one of the desert's many music and art festivals, this spacious home in the heart of Desert Hot Springs provides a prime location and gorgeous views looking out across the mountains and valley.

Spa City Sanctuary is the perfect meeting of scenery and convenience, located right in the center of Desert Hot Springs and its renowned spas and mineral waters. Something special awaits in every direction: Joshua Tree to the north (27 miles), Palm Springs to the south (12 miles), Coachella and Stagecoach to the east (29 miles), and Morongo Casino Resort to the west (21 miles). You'll come and go with ease, thanks to plentiful private parking in the two-car garage and the driveway with space for up to four cars or an RV.

Each peaceful day here begins with a cup of coffee, a cool morning breeze, and views of palms and distant desert ridges in the expansive, fenced backyard. It's a gorgeous spot to return to at sunset, to marvel at the colors of the sky, recline in patio chairs, and sear sausages over the firepit (with a grilling feature).

One of the best features of the house is how bright, open, and roomy it feels. It's a natural space for gathering, whether you're using stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare dinner, sitting down together at the dining room table, or streaming movies on the large smart TV. You'll be free to pack light, with a new washer/dryer and new ironing equipment (2024) on hand for your use. In the evenings, get ready for bed in two spacious bathrooms (each with a hair dryer) and retire to three generous bedrooms, one of which is a primary suite with a walk-in closet and direct access to the backyard.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
