Firstly, I want to say the host was excellent and always responded in a very timely fashion. The neighborhood was lovely, though VRBO showed the location incorrectly. Fortunately, the change worked for us. The property was clean and comfortable. The stove is an old electric, but the kitchen had all that was needed. The bathtub looked unfinished, but there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. It worked well for us as we were in town on family business rather than holiday.

Excellent, walkable location to downtown Orlando and Lake Eola. Quiet neighborhood. Great amount of space inside for 4 people. Main bath a little small, and we did have hot water issue but was fixed quickly. Fully functioning kitchen and laundry a bonus! Kim, hostess was excellent at addressing needs/concerns! We even needed to extend out a few days and Kim made that easy for us to do!
