Located in one of Old Orlando's coolest neighborhoods, College Park, the home's convenient central Orlando location puts you just minutes from everything Central Florida has to offer. Whether you are in the area for a meeting downtown or to visit one of Orlando's many tourist attractions, you will find it very easy to access it all from Hayden House! And the best part, when you return to your "home away from home", you will appreciate both Hayden House's amenities and the surrounding neighborhood's charming homes and vistas, a perfect place for a run, jog or leisurely walk.

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication.Property as shown in the pictures.Everything you could think of was there. Kitchen well stocked with utensils,cutlery,plates,glasses,pots,pans etc.Extra linens. Would definitely stay again.

This property is the perfect respite and centrally located with easy access to major travel routes. It is so peaceful I thought they were piping in the glorious bird sounds in the morning!!! Terrific neighborhood to walk/run and many convenient shops and restaurants. Don't hesitate to book!

Such a safe neighborhood! The location was amazing and the place was absolutely lovely! Would stay there again. They were great at accommodating the fact that I needed to stay for an extra week after already staying for a month.

My best friend and I stayed at this property in late August and absolutely loved it! The house was very well done. We could join the common spaces, it had many, but we got our own very comfortable rooms. The beds were super comfy too. Overall Im very happy we got to stay at this fun, colorful home. We had the best time. Thank you!
