Hosting 17 twin bedrooms (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) all with en-suite shower rooms, six of these rooms are on the ground floor, in total this property can sleep up to 34 guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting room, as well as a games room. Outside there is off-road parking, a front communal garden and an enclosed rear garden with furniture and a table tennis. The Bevan is charming abode, ideal for family and friends seeking a rural getaway.

The wonderful Cader Idris Mountain Range and Coed Y Brenin Forest Park, which provide some of the best mountain biking in Europe, are both nearby, while relaxing days out on the soft sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey are within easy reach. The nearby town of Dolgellau offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there are excellent restaurants in many of the nearby coastal resorts.
