Waverley is a semi-detached property with a kitchen/diner, utility, basement and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric range cooker, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there are Smart TVs, table football and WiFi. The bedrooms include a super-king-size, a king-size with en-suite shower, three second-floor king-size, 4ft double with en-suite shower a twin, and second-floor twin, one with en-suite shower, whilst there are also a shower room, bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a semi-enclosed front garden and lawned area with patio, along with off-road parking for six cars and a Tesla charging point. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, lake and pub and please note, there are two pets welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two highchairs are also available. Escape to Waverley for a wonderful break to Cumbria.

Superb walking, mountain biking and climbing are available locally on Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam, and the lovely woodland trails at Grizedale Forest. For watersports enthusiasts, the quiet lake is ideal for dinghy sailing and canoeing, whilst the less active can enjoy a leisure cruise on the beautiful steam yacht 'Gondola’, or visit Brantwood, the former home of John Ruskin. Nearby attractions include the award-winning village of Hawkshead, home of the Beatrix Potter Gallery, Tarn Hows, one of the most visited beauty spots in the country and Esthwaite Water, famous for its fishing. A first class holiday location at any time of the year.
