About this apartment rental
3-bedroom apartment located a few meters from the gardens of Avenida da República, sports complex, historic center, shops and services, 3.5km from the beautiful Monte Gordo beach, 2km from Santo António beach and 10km from Praia Verde.
Fully equipped and furnished, comprising a living room, suite with balcony, 2 bedrooms with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, pantry and hallway.
It has air conditioning in the living room, bedroom and kitchen, and internet/WIFI + MEO cable TV.
During the summer months there is a Tourist Train that runs between Vila Real de Santo António and Praia de Santo António (Praia dos Três Pauzinhos) every 30 minutes and has six stops: Fire Station, Jardim da Avenida dos Bombeiros, Lidl, Beginning of Estrada da Mata, Praia de Santo António (or Praia dos Três Pauzinhos) and Lighthouse.
Capacity for up to: 6 people (2 double beds, 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed, sofa bed)
The property does NOT include bed linens and bath towels; if you require them, they will be added to the price.
The property has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit.
Kitchen utensils in a number equivalent to the occupancy of the property;
Magic wand, 'DELTA' capsule coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster,
Cleaning Utensils; 1 Mop, 1 Mop Bucket, 1 Broom and 1 Dustpan.
They have pillows, blankets/bedspreads, mattress and pillow covers, and hangers;
Vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board;
No pets or events allowed.
Medium-term tenants are welcome, children are welcome.

Property was as advertised and worked great for the 3 of us. I walk with a cane making it's proximity to the riverfront and the town square ideal. I was able to change the reservation from 2 to 3 adults with no issues when a Portuguese-speaking friend decided to join us.
Although I fell in love with Vila Real de Santo Antonio, it was too quiet for my younger friend. We both fell in love with Madeira once we arrived there so sadly I likely won't be returning to this delightful village.
