Duplex composed by the first floor by hall with wardrobe, two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom and on the 2nd floor open space "kitchen and living room" with double sofa bed and a large terrace with BBQ. Located 350 meters from the beach, near shopping and restaurant area.

Duplex com 2 quartos. Um deles espaçoso e confortável. O outro é pequeno e só com espaço para a cama. No nosso caso serviu de closet. A área de lazer, no andar de cima, é espaçosa e vale pelo terraço com churrasqueira. A casa fica numa rua sem parquímetro e por isso o estacionamento é extremamente difícil. A praia é perto e pode ir a pé. Apesar de ser perto das zonas mais movimentadas, não é uma rua barulhenta. Não tem wi-fi. Se gostasse de Monte Gordo, voltaria a alugar a habitação. Ideal para 1 ou 2 casais, apesar da dimensão de um dos quartos.
