This condo has old world charm very much like the Zona colonial we love. This condo is on a second story with elevator. Very open and airy dining area and living room that opens up to the balcony.

The space is on the 2nd floor, short flight of stairs and there’s an elevator.
Other things to note: All bedrooms have air conditioning splits. Living room/dining has 3 ceiling fans.
