La ubicación, lo grande y moderno que es el apartamento, la comunicación con el anfitrión, la amabilidad del personal de recepción. La verdad nos gustó todo. Es un excelente apartamento, muy grande con toda la modernidad (TV y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y sala, cocina muy bien equipada). Lo recomendaría los ojos cerrados y regresaré sin duda.

While the listing for this property initially indicated that payment was to be made directly at the hotel, it was only after booking that I received an email stating cash would be required upon arrival. This conflicted with the official booking confirmation from Booking.com, which clearly stated that cash was not accepted. The inconsistency led to a tense exchange with the host and security guard, Antonio. I explained the inconsistency to him, and showed him the email confirmation, and we shared a laugh as he understood completely. After paying in cash as requested, we encountered several maintenance and cleanliness concerns: stained drawers, a toilet that appeared improperly cleaned, and loose fixtures throughout the unit. On the morning of checkout, we experienced two power outages totaling nearly two hours, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. Our laundry stayed wet, and my wife could no longer continue her work online. Not the sort of experience one anticipates when paying for a stay in a modern apartment. Shortly after departure, we realized a wedding band had been left behind. Approximately 45 minutes had passed, during which we made multiple urgent calls to the hotel and Booking.com's emergency customer service. We spoke with the same security guard who had performed the checkout minutes earlier and asked if anyone had entered the unit. He confirmed no one had and assured us that the cleaning staff, though scheduled, would not enter until we returned. Booking.com also contacted the hotel and were told the same. However, when we arrived as advised, staff were already inside the unit, contrary to all prior assurances. Thankfully, the ring was still where it had been left and was recovered without issue. Nevertheless, the situation was stressful and highlighted a breakdown in internal communication and protocol.
