Relax overlooking Oualie Bay Beach and St Kitts over the water! Large pool and veranda for a True Holiday Lifestyle. AC throughour and fans as well. Watch a variety of hummingbirds or passing monkeys from the veranda. Dine under the stars. BBQ fresh lobster and fish! Walk to the nearby dock for Sportfishing, scuba diving, snorkeling or a leisurely sail. Beach just below the villa! Water taxi dock also close by to make transit from/to St Kitts convenient. 3 Bedrooms, two with en suite bath. 3rd bath accessible in hallway for Guest access. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with air fryer/oven. Ninja Blender. Coffee maker for a single cup or carafe. New Gas Range/Oven. Full size and additional separate beverage Refrigerators. Electric Kettle. Microwave Oven. Close to a variety of Restaurants and Beach Bars. Easy to rent a vehicle. Taxis also available. Owner is happy to arrange all transportation to/from from SKN airport. Weekly Housekeeping Provided. Pool will be cleaned twice wk!
