About this house rental
Ankerherz is a new semi-detached house at the end of the “Am Kutterhafen” settlement Because the house is connected to our own property, Ankerherz has the great advantage that the path to the harbor is only a stone's throw away, meaning the harbor is only 50 meters away. Ankerherz has been rented since April 2022. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a kitchen and a large living and dining area with a fireplace. The bedroom on the ground floor has a large double bed, there is also a spacious walk-in shower room and a storage room with a washing machine. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom up here has a walk-in shower, bathtub and a sauna. There is a very spacious and cozy living and dining area. You will find satellite TV in all bedrooms and in the living area. The house has a fiber optic connection and all televisions are connected to the Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Generous parking spaces for 3 cars, use of the “wallbox” right in front of the front door Storage space for bicycles, strollers, etc. Covered terrace with summer seating and grill The house has fly and mosquito protection in all bedrooms, bathrooms and patio doors.

Ankerherz is a solid choice for a family getaway, The layout of the house is practical, with plenty of room for everyone, We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washing machine available, While the decor is a bit basic, everything was clean and functional, The proximity to the harbor was a nice bonus, making it easy for us to enjoy some water sports, Overall, a nice, no-fuss place to stay with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation

We stayed at Ankerherz for a week and it was fantastic, The location is superb, just a short walk to the harbor, The house itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped, Plenty of space for our group of six
