'Condo in the Clouds,' a distinctive penthouse 2-bedroom with a bunk room beach condominium at Splash Resort in Panama City Beach (PCB). Recently renovated with new furnishings, appliances, paint, decor, and more, this condominium ensures a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. We eagerly anticipate your arrival!

-Covered Parking Deck w/ climate controlled Sky Bridge to Resort, and connecting towers
-Guest access code will be sent via email 2 days before arrival.
-Rental of this direct beachfront condo provides full access to the condo. Guests will also have access to resort amenities.

Splash resort charges a SINGLE flat fee of $35 for parking for your entire stay (paid directly to Splash). Guest will stop by the HOA desk (gift shop) located at the sky bridge to get parking passes and wrist bands.
-At least 1 guest MUST be 25 to book this condo, they must be present during the stay and provide a verified ID.

Comfortably fit 5 adults and 4 kids. The unit is very roomy. Everything was clean and nothing was worn out. Having three separate balcony areas was extremely nice offered a great view of both the beach and the surrounding areas. The property itself was great especially for kids. Having a play area and lazy river that were covered was nice for the few small rain showers we got during our time. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to the few small requests we did have. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

This was great for my family! The grandbabies enjoyed it as well as the adults. It was far enough to miss the crowds but close enough to there if you wanted or needed. The condo was very clean the host were fabulous the communication was great. I highly recommended this place.

Beautifully renovated condo. Top floor! Spacious! We loved it. Refrigerator had ice maker, good water pressure, nice and clean, comfortable couches, 3 balconies! Only had to message the owner once and got an immediate response!

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights everything was great very clean ,super spacious and updated . 10 people total and we had more then enough space .The kids absolutely loved it . Jessica the property manager was super nice and checked to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this condo if your looking for a nice spacious place with an awesome view on the beach . We will definitely be rebooking for our next family vacation.
