Never ending Serenity- lake views from EVERY ROOM in this little gem!
You will truly feel as though you are sitting in the middle of DEEP WATER MID LAKE when INSIDE this BEAUTY-- as if you are on a cruise ship! 🚢.
~~~~Enjoy the gentle slope to an absolutely gorgeous dock and concrete steps going into the water. Oversized Boathouse, and dock with ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES with sitting areas, both in the shade and the sunshine! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Lake Sinclair =500 miles of pristine water.💦
Unwind on our 2 huge porches—- upper and lower! Hearing the swishing water within just a few feet helps everyone to RELAX so much!!! 💦💦
They are also complete with gas fire pit on upper porch and a dining and sitting area on the bottom. We've also provided a Weber charcoal grill .
There is enough parking for 2 vehicles in THE DOUBLE GARAGE & 3 additional vehicles on the parking pad.
Again ~~~Embrace the gentle slope as you venture to the refreshing deep lake water via our concrete steps (from original HISTORICAL GRIME’S PLACE built in 1956!)
The beautiful boat dock is spacious with upgraded “titan boards” for easy, safe walking—- (never gets hot from the summer sun AND no splinters) . We provide two oversized boat slips to dock your boats.
Such a friendly lake- So, Don’t forget to wave as the boats glide by! 🌅⚓️🌅
LAKE SINCLAIR is Georgia's best hidden gem---
Never too crowded (with the exception of 4th July).
*Sinclair is one of Georgia's Cleanest Lakes and remains full year around.
Enjoy all the water sports: Fishing (best in Georgia), Wake Boarding, Skiing, Boating, Jet-Skiing, Swimming etc.
Bring your bikes (or just hike) - enjoy nearby trails- The Selma Erwin Nature Trail, Bartram Trail and Oconee River Greenway (also has a flowing river) are minutes away and are great trails to visit!
* Owner requires guest to disclose if they plan to have an 'event'- greater than 5 guest on the property. There is $550.00 event fee associated any event. Events are limited to 8 hrs in duration.
If a guest does not disclose such- then the damage deposit will be withheld.
By renting the house you agree to ALL HOUSE RULES and relinquish the property owners of any and all responsibility in the event of any type of incident, injury or accident. You agree that failure to follow house rules may result owner retaining damage deposit.

My wife , daughter and I stayed for Deep Roots and a parents weekend at GCSU. Has a great time at the lake and was easy getting back and forth to town.

From the moment we arrived at Point of View, we were thrilled with our choice. What a lovely home – a perfect location for our family 4th of July weekend get together. The house is brand new, and thoughtfully designed and decorated, with attention to every detail a visitor might need. The dock is also brand new and uses non-slip and non-splinter materials that stays cool in the hot sun. Then, as the piece de resistance, the view from the property is just spectacular! Our gracious host was always available and responsive to any questions!

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible VRBO! The sunset views were breathtaking and truly unforgettable. The location can't be beat. The boathouse and dock are phenomenal. It was clean, brand new, and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and soak in some amazing sunsets! Pictures do not do it justice!
