About this house rental
Beautiful views of Lake Sinclair is what it’s all about! Enjoy lake life’s kayaking, grilling, fishing, boating and having your morning cup of Joe on the expansive wraparound patio overlooking the lake and while listening to natures music. The outside patio decks have an abundance of seating and dining for all your gatherings. There’s a Neighborhood boat launch available for guest with boats. House has Wi-Fi and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. We have a security camera located on driveway and one facing boat dock. We value your privacy and safety. There’s a new Publix grocery and Walmart in Milledgeville aprox. 30 min drive to town. Visit the historic district area where the beautiful Victorian homes line the street by the downtown colleges.

From the moment we arrived at the property, it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was very clean, welcoming, and had such a cozy atmosphere. Anytime we contacted the host with questions, she responded quickly and was extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Kathy's lakehouse was exactly as we expected it to be based on the description and the photos! Very comfortable and spacious! Outside space was functional and well organized! Kitchen was easy to navigate! We did not enjoy any local restaurants as they would have been further than we felt like driving but had enjoyed grilling at the lake house and dinner in Milledgeville. Kathy was very responsive to every question asked in advance of our trip.
