About this house rental
La Bergerie d'Annie, due to its location 12km from the city center of Tours, is ideally located in the heart of Touraine and the Valley of the Kings, in the garden of France, in the middle of the castles of the Loire and wine appellations (Montlouis, Vouvray, Amboise, Bourgueil, Chinon...)
In addition to the historical and gourmet heritage, the region offers its visitors a large number of sports, cultural and tourist activities.
La Bergerie d'Annie is located on the Cœur de France à vélo route, more commonly known as "Cher à vélo" allowing you to reach the centre of Tours (13km) or the castle of Chenonceau (21km).
The cottage comprises on the first floor:
- a reception veranda equipped with a cloakroom and a laundry room and a reading corner
- a large living room (living room, dining room) equipped with a sofa bed type BZ, a large screen with Orange TV decoder, a dining room and a wood stove that can be used on request.
- a fully equipped independent kitchen: refrigerator (with freezer part), stove (3 gas burners, 1 electric hob, 2 ovens), Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, ...
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs:
- a large open bedroom with office area
- a bathroom with bath and toilet.
Access to the cottage is independent and is equipped with a gate closing a driveway for parking a vehicle.
A covered terrace with table and lounge area will welcome you for balmy days or evenings. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal.
The cottage is covered by Wifi via Orange fiber by a dedicated access point.

Optional:
- Towels (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 glove) 5€ /pers./week.
