About this house rental
Step into our thoughtfully designed space backed to a Majestic Tree-lined Golf Course. Perfect for couples, families, groups up to 8, and solo travelers. Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen, spacious walk-in shower, 100% cotton linens, cozy living area and nature surrounded patio. Spend a day at the Kroc Center, or take a stroll on the Centennial Trail - located just down the street. The guesthouse has a separate private entrance and an assigned area of the backyard for exclusive guest use. The space has two levels and a patio surrounded by mature trees & beautiful evergreen shrubs.
The open-concept kitchen/dining room, master bedroom, and bathroom are located on the first level. The living room and secondary bedroom are on the lowest level.
Sleep Accommodations are as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 queen size bed, sleeps 2
Secondary bedroom: 2 double (full) beds, sleeps 4
Living Area: Incredibly comfortable double (full) futon (can sleep an additional 2 guests if requested.)

Immaculate property, clear check-in/out instructions. Loved the covered patio area and coffee/sink nook in kitchen. Lots of room and very well stocked with all kitchen essentials. Great little notes all around for how to use things. Perfect stay, great communication.

The CDA Nest was a great place for our family of 4. The location was quiet, but close to activities. It was furnished well with high quality linens. It was beautiful inside and had everything we needed without being clutter. We would recommend staying here!

We just spent a week at this lovely VRBO in Coeur d'Alene, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The space was exactly what our family of four needed—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully put together.The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax after a day of exploring. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was well-maintained, cozy, and inviting, with little touches that showed the hosts really care about their guests' experience.The location was also fantastic—peaceful, yet convenient to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. We’re already talking about coming back, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
