Charming house with garden, immersed in the nature of the heights of Bergeggi, and less than 2km from the sea.
The house is on two levels, the ground floor consists of a small outdoor area ideal for relaxing and organizing outdoor dinners; a living area furnished by television and two large dining tables and finally, an independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and also a second independent entrance.
The second floor, on the other hand, leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms complete the layout, one of which is a service bathroom and one with a shower.
Amenities such as a washing machine and heating will be available to the guest.
Pets weighing less than 30 kg are welcome, at an extra charge of €20 per pet per stay.
