This fantastic lakefront 4 bedroom + sunroom (with twin bed), 3 bath home is beautifully located in the heart of Willow Cove at Bass Lake - with a lush private yard , boat slip and double patios..you’re sure to find the perfect place for morning coffee and stunning sunsets!
This property offers plenty of parking and enough sleeping space for 10 guests. Walking distance to the Pines Village where you will find a market, restaurants, coffee shop and post office.
There is plenty of parking at his location for 4 full size cars, comfortably. If you choose to park your boat trailer at the rental, you will likely only have room for 2 full size cars. One bedroom with a full size bed

Access to the upper deck, where you will find outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ.
UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs you will find:
A bedroom with a king size bed, and a twin size bed
One full bathroom
LOWER LEVEL:

One bedroom with a queen size bed
A second bedroom with a full size bed
One full bathroom
The laundry room
Access to the water (yard, patio and dock)
There are also stairs outside to allow access from the upper deck to the lower patio!

The lake (water level) begins to fill back up in April and the dock is typically fully in the water by May, this is of course dependent on lake level. All of this is dependent on rain and snowfall over the winter. Bass Lake is owned by PG&E and is a power generating lake - PG&E regulates water levels for this reason.
