Olga was amazing and very friendly and responsive. The place was just as advertised and very comfortable. It was a little cold but if you come prepared it’s worth it. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. I worked from the location as well and the internet was great and very reliable for video calls. Location is nice with lots of green space in the area. Would stay again if I’m back in the area!

Overall it was a decent place. If your plans are to stay for a short time and yiu dont plan to be there much, this would be fine. But some things to know...this place is in someone's finished basement and you can hear everything that goes on upstairs, dog barking, kids crying, people walking, vaccuming, etc. The stairs leading down from the backyard to the entrance door are very steep. The bathroom is very tiny. There is a door insude the vrbo that leads upstairs but it is locked on their side and on the vrbo side its a tiny latch. The bed is very furm so if you like tgat your golden but if you dont youll be very uncomfortable. The owner is nice and will respond quickly to your messages. The price was reasonable, however, she did change the price from what was listed on the site bc she said she didn't authorize that price to be listed. Overall, it was a decent place but i probably wouldn't stay here again.

The space is lovely, clean, conveniently located. The host was responsive and helpful. The downside is that it is a cold space and the fact that it's a basement does not negate the need for achieving a comfortable temperature. I did not spend a lot of time in the space, so I was able to make it work with the extra blanket or two. And the host provided a small space heater that essentially warmed my feet. I truly hope the host finds a way to address this because there are so many plusses that make it a promising property.
