About this house rental
Clean, quiet home with convenient access to main highways & cities. Drive time to Thibodaux is 15 minutes, Morgan City is 30 minutes, and New Orleans is approximately 45 minutes! Great location central to action, stores and restaurants. You’ll love my remodeled, fully furnished place because of the spacious rooms and large kitchen! Great for students, turnaround/offshore workers, couples, solo adventurers, travelling nurses, and families. Note: Camera at front door for security purposes.
The space
You will enjoy the rental unit located in the front part of my house. It includes 3 spacious bedrooms, one bathroom with Bluetooth speaker, full use of furnished kitchen and appliances, furnished living room with flat screen TV and fast wifi! Only shared space is laundry area which is locked. Great for turnaround workers, business travelers, students, retirees, or families. Newly furnished and freshly remodeled, so it's comfortable to suit your needs. All you have to do is just show up and relax! There's plenty of things to do in Houma, Louisiana and nearby New Orleans including world-class sports-fishing, festivals, Mardi Gras, and great food.
Guest access
You will have access to private full size, fully furnished kitchen and huge living room with plenty of seating. A shared laundry area is available for use. The entire house is a non-smoking area. Please step outside to smoke.
Other things to note
Bathroom is private and used by those in your unit only. It is shared only between you and your guests. The bathroom is accessible 2 ways: through common hallway door and ensuite through the master bedroom door.

The bathtub did not drain well. As you are showering the level of the water rises. The living room is very comfortable, but trying to work with the Roku was a two hour ordeal. We found all of our beds very comfortable. When opening cabinets it needs to give a cleaner and more orderly appearance. Overall, we were satisfied, and the three of us who were tenants agreed that we would all stay here again. The host dong was very responsive to us.

This is an older house, but clean and well kept. The beds are very comfortable, but nothing fancy. The location was great for our needs, the Mardi Gras parades.
