Rosa’s on the Bayou is a newly-restored cottage on the banks of Bayou Lafourche along Highway 1 (Saint Mary’s Highway).
Guests have access to an office, three bedrooms, a living room, one bath, a kitchen, a wash area, and a back porch overlooking Bayou Lafourche. All appliances, beds, rugs, and furniture are brand-new.
Rosa’s on the Bayou is close to food, groceries, gas, and downtown.
The house can accommodate 6 guests.

I stayed in the house for approximately 13 days. The house was very clean and accommodated all my needs. It is close to grocery stores and all amenities. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all questions. The house was very clean, and I felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone traveling.

A beautiful, lovingly restored cottage on the Bayou LaFourche and an unexpected treasure.
Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with absolitely everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home, including toothpaste!
Ms Rosa is the most gracious hostess and we loved our 10 days stay. Sick to death of hotels for these marathon business trips, a VRBO rental has proven to be a winner and we are relaxed, revived and invigorated rather than worn out and exhausted.
Boiling hot non stop showers, the ability to cook our own meals and best of all, quiet privacy.
I cannot recommend Ms Rosas cottage more highly.
