Come relax and unwind in this two bedroom and two bathroom lake-front condo at Clearwater condominiums located in Camdenton, Missouri.
Clearwater Condominiums are beautifully kept up with new playground and 2 pools to choose from. Seven steps up from the paved parking lot allows for easy access to the unit. Open floor plan with kitchen, six person dinning, and living area. Enjoy the quieter side of the Lake of the Ozarks from the private screened patio. The Primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, television, and its own private bathroom which has a shower/tub combo. Primary bedroom has a lake-view with access to deck. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, blackout curtains, a door to adjacent bathroom with shower. This well equipped condo has every major appliance and a well set up kitchen.
Not wanting to cook on vacation? No problem! There are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants near by such as: Kinderhook Trophy Room (7 min), Brewed Awakenings (9 mins), Pepperoni Bills Pizza (10 min), and Ixtapa (10 min). Camdenton also has a new Scooters Coffee & Culvers, Wal-Mart, and Gerbes (grocery).
The condo is close to Ballparks National Baseball Complex (11 min), Ha Ha Tonka State Park (12 min), Old Kinderhook Golf Course & Lake Valley Golf Club(6 min), and a 30 minute drive to Sunrise Beach which has tons of options for activities, shopping, and dining.
Boat slip can be made available with advanced notice.

We enjoyed staying here.It was very convenient to Ballparks National. We had one very small issue during our stay and the owner responded quickly, answering my question. This is our first time renting a condo, and not staying in a hotel, but it won't be our last. We would definitely stay here again! It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Beautiful 2 Bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was very clean and updated. Beautiful view of the water, the pool was heated. Everything we needed was included in this stay as far as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, dishes, appliances, and paper towel and more. Host was very friendly and extremely helpful in booking. We came for a baseball tournament and were happy to find the field was 11 minutes down the road. Great experience and would definitely book again!
