Loft Sleeping - Full-sized Bed and full pull out sofa bed with Loft bathroom with walk in shower
1600 Sq Ft of Space
The spacious loft is a cozy TV area, full-sized sofa bed plus full size bed and one of our four TVs. This is an area in addition to our two bedrooms and NOT considered one of the bedrooms.
Clearwater Condominiums has TWO IN-GROUND POOLS at the Water's edge. Large decks around the pools with plenty of seating and tables to enjoy lounging!
Our unit is located 2 miles off highway 54 with no gravel roads to travel.
Top floor No Elevator
Sorry Clearwater doesn’t allow grilling due insurance.
Old Kinderhook, Lake Valley golf courses, Ballpark National all close by.
Shopping at one of the largest outlet malls in the country is about a 20 minute drive away.

We had a great girls weekend with plenty of space and all the necessities met. Had a great day in the pool then out for dinner and a concert. Easy checkin and out

Was the perfect condo for our stay because we were attending a tournament at Ballpark National.

Took my daughter and some friends to Ha Ha Tonka, the property is super close to the park as well as Camdenton. Staying here made that whole weekend a breeze. Plenty of space could have fit at least two more people if we had wanted to, the view was great, the place was clean, check in and contact with the management was easy.Make sure to read the directions provided by the owner to get there, because the Google maps pin does not take you directly to the property.
