Our family had a blast just because we were all together, but we felt the condo could have been much cleaner. The coffee pot worked, but not correctly. It only made about 4 cups of coffee in a 4 hour time span. When I scooted it out away from the back of the counter there was a huge coffee stain underneath like no one had cleaned under it for quite some time. The "fully stocked" kitchen left alot to be desired, but we made due. The gas grill ran out of gas, but we did make good use of the griddle we found in the laundry closet. The rail in the loft and the outside rail on the deck/porch on the lakeside didn't seem very stable. The lakeside deck was very dirty with lots of cobwebs and didn't looked like it had been cared for, for awhile. Communication with the host company (Evolve) didn't exist. Our family had fun, but don't know that we would stay again.

It was perfect for what we needed it for. The listing does say two king beds and only had one. And the pull out in the loft we planned on using but was broke on arrival. The patio is a little dirty but other wise great little listing. Would recommend having a vacuum and a bigger skillet.

Place is perfect for a big family or multiple families! Great location, especially if you’re down there for baseball tournament. We were 9 minutes from ballpark nationals. We rented a boat on the main channel 1 day only a 25 min drive. The owner was great at communicating and accommodating us for an early check in. The unit could use some TLC. Many appliances/plug in appliances, switches are missing knobs, needs fresh paint, the tub in the bathroom downstairs has stains in it and just overall updating. Beds were comfy and the patio was great for all of us to sit outside and use the grill. The pools were maintained well and never busy. Plenty of seating and super clean! We were able to fish off the docks. Security is good there too. It’s all gated and they have someone on the grounds driving and walking around at all times. We really enjoyed our time and we would book again.

Beautiful location. Much further from the day/night life of Lake of the Ozarks than we had planned.
Listing indicated two king beds, there was not, which was accounted for in our original planning.
Listing also indicated a heated pool. May weather is unpredictable. A heated pool would have been lovely.
