Great location but the house was not fully cleaned and the doors are difficult to unlock and lock. Overall this is a nice place to stay and I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I have stayed in Avon multiple times and this house is back with the locals.
The house is vibrant and decorated nicely. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The host has flip flops, sunglasses, board games, available. Under the house is very cute and took us by surprise (beach accessories, a hammock, table, and more …my kids loved to play in the pebbles down there). There is a coffee shop walking distance from the house and the beach exits are easy to get to. We did seafood boils on the stove. There are plenty of appliances and tableware.
My only negative is that the owner should invest in one keypad lock or new locks for the doors. Coming home from the beach/ sound with hot, sandy, sleepy toddlers and playing with those doors to get in the house really had me find my zen multiple times.
Also bring: paper towels, trash bags, detergent, dish detergent, and beach towels.
Overall I would recommend this house. I enjoyed the multiple seating options and how both levels of the house are great for gathering, sitting, eating, while also having your own space. Hope to book again soon.

We had a wonderful stay. This house was stocked with everything you need to cook meals with! It was clean and decorated so nicely! The only drawback were the doors. It was so difficult to lock and unlock them even with the directions posted. Also, the stove was very difficult to cook on because it has old style coil burners that are crooked making impossible to fry anything! lol The house was also furnished with lots of blankets and pillows! We had a great time and would return!
