AVHC41 Outrigger Cottage on Hatteras Island

The property was very clean and we had everything we could possibly need. Location was great as well. Will definitely book again.

Everything was great! No complaints.

The interior of home was clean, kitchen was WELL stocked, which is more than I can say for some beach rentals. We cook, so its appreciated. ALL rooms/bathrooms were nicely decorated, clean linens, etc. The interior cleaning was 100. Very thoughtful night lights outside. lots of games. good lighting. nice floor plan. small upper deck, which we used. Big tvs. I LOVED this house, short walk to beach. The home itself, location, gets a 100.

The hot tub had a layer of "debris" above the water lined that needed to be cleaned and the area smelled stale n musty. WE called and a tech was out the next morning, filter cleaned, drained, washed and refilled, PRONTO. I'm very thankful for the quick service. We did use the hot tub. I think this is easily overlooked when the season begins. The only other gripe, was WHen I received emails, NONE of the links worked and I had to reply and get extra assistance- not sure if this was Booking.com or Vacasa, but they were informed.

Everything! Exceptional home. Very accommodating. Very clean. Would recommend 10/10.

Beds were very comfortable

The Hot Tub contained sand all on the bottom… Needs a sign to remind people to shower off before submerging…
