Close to the northen beaches, far from noisy central Valencia in Cabanyal area where you see vintage house and many old decrepit places to be built up again.It is definitively not a fashionable area but has his uniqueness.The apartment has basic furnitures and you cannot expect too many extras in the kitchenTop value is the terrace that would be worth alone the stayYou will never see anyone of the property but everything will be managed online

The appartement was very clean, the process to acess the appartement was clear and easy.
The appartement had a smell of cigarette. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from beach. The neighborhood is not great, not clean and looks poor.
The overall experience was not bad, but I would not go back.
