Urban Oasis Holiday Home in Central St Paul's Bay

Location near bus terminal..quiet neighbourhood..large appartment reasonable balcony ..

I didn't like cheak in process we said day before we would be there at 2pm sent message after message only response was automated cheak in 3pm..so waited over an hour to get the codes for entry. We chose this appartment because they said two beds available second bed is couch in living area and of course no sheets or duvet supplied..this was April so it was still chilly at night..so after countless messages which you get an automatic reply we will deal with it nothing happens so in the end I had to call an emergency number the next day to get sheets only duvet cover arrived no duvet..when you only have a week you don't want to spend days dealing with issues..I think your better off dealing with private hosts directly than these companies ..as we usually do.

Super interieur. Alles is vernieuwd.

Facilities and location was perfect, very clean

Didn't get to check in till 5:30pm, got there on time for check in and was rang to be told the room wasnt ready. We were allowed to leave our stuff in the room but asked us to come back in 30 minutes. I messaged support and asked if the room was ready but didnt hear back so I had to ring. We then asked for late check out due to the late check in and was told no. Im sure the hotel knew prior to 3pm that the room wasnt ready so an early notification would of been great. Late check out would of been appreciated considering the check in issues.
