Cosy Plage-Accès privé à la Mer

Proche de la mer, parking privé, appartement bien équipé et calme.

La terrasse non utilisable et sale.. mobilier rouillé, abîmé.

Lieu, emplacement, résidence sécurisé, entretien extérieur silencieux très belle décoration

Manque de propreté, vétusté aspirateur balai,salon de jardin, joint étanchéité

Whenever I entered the apartment I sneezed at least once [unknown reason] then sitting on the sofa/spare bed in the lounge I could definitely smell an animal smell as if the covers hadn't been cleaned from the last renter or a recent renter who had an animal with them. If this is so and in my opinion the cleaners/apartment owners ought to inform a new renter that an animal had recently stayed there. Some renters have allergies, thankfully mine appeared fairly minor, Bar from that, and sneezing quite a lot the stay was fine. I cannot recommend the apartment though due to that smell.
