Casale Valverde

The location is fantastic. In the middle of an olive tree garden, with birds and nature surrounding us. It's so close to town that you can walk 20 minutes to the old town. Or 5-7 minutes by car. Martina is a fantastic and warm host, she helped us with various things even before arriving. The breakfast she presented as "just basic and light fruit and snacks" was actually one of the best experience I've ever had. It felt very local and thought out and we're just trying to replicate some of those dishes home now. We wanted a quieter, out of the way hotel, and we found the perfect spot. This place attracts certain kinds of people (artists and architects, probably because of the beautiful house) which is a pleasure to mingle with on the terrace or at the patio where breakfast is served. We had the king room and while not seeing the sea directly, we didn't miss it because we could simply go up the stairs and have it all! It also helped that it's adult only. We're looking forward to returning with our grown up child :).

De gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van Martina de eigenaresse. Bijzondere ontbijtlocatie en heerlijk vers ontbijt. De loopafstand naar het gezellig centrum.

La camera, il bagno ed il dehor privato sono ampi e architettonicamente studiati al meglio. La pergola per la colazione immersa nel verde ci ha accolto ogni mattina, con la buonissima colazione della padrona di casa, sempre attenta e premurosa.
