Tolle Lage. Schön nah am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. PKW-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist natürlich sehr praktisch.
Klimaanlage nur im Wohnbereich und daher im Schlafzimmer doch recht warm. Mit Ventilator ging es aber halbwegs.

The entire property was excellent—clean, calm, and well organized. The neighborhood is also safe and peaceful. I loved every corner of the apartment and would definitely book again.
Communication could be improved. The on-site personnel could be more friendly, understanding, and respectful. There was also delayed responses after checkout concerning the deposit refund. Clearer guidance and more consistent, professional communication would enhance the guest experience. However, the apartment itself was fine.
